Salaries from $80,000 - $100,000 Super Paediatric caseload across clinic, community, on-site and telehealth services Structured New Graduate program with gradual build of client caseload Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision with an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist Uncapped CPD allowance & 2 days PD leave Travel Allowance: 98c per km, reimbursed each pay cycle Time-in-lieu and flexible working hours available Access to company resources, including behaviour change e-learning materials valued at $7,500 Your Role: You will build your paediatric caseload gradually, starting with onboarding, observations, training and support before moving into client work. By 6 months, you will work towards 15–20 client-facing hours per week and a 25 billable hour KPI, including sessions, reports and assessment writing. The caseload is approximately 80% NDIS, 10% Medicare and 10% private clients. You will receive weekly clinical supervision from Kate, the Senior Speech Pathologist, with access to phone support as needed. You will also work within a supportive multidisciplinary team across Gold Coast, Flagstone and Brisbane/Fairfield locations. Structured New Graduate Program: Weeks 1-3: Onboarding the the admin team; familiarisation with structures, templates and resources and workshadowing with clinicians in the team. Weeks 4-6: Initial client allocation, weekly clinical supervision commences, observations, report development and support during client sessions. Weeks 7-9: Additional client allocation, report and letter writing development, report reviews and resource development. From Week 9 onwards: Support is adapted to your development, confidence and needs.
